Graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi in Information Technology majoring in Systems Management, I am currently attached to a private company which specializes in biometrics industry. Clients serviced include government agencies and private sectors. I am responsible for performing project implementation and support as well as conducting user training. In one project, I successfully managed the implementation of a remote system in 152 sites across the country. I have been accredited by Project Management Institute with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
I have proven to be versatile and easily adaptable based on the different teams from different industries (banking, IT vendor, logistics, government agency, security industry) I have been involved in. For the past five years, my involvement in project management and implementation as well as coaching and training have been my strongest assets.
